TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHTBruce Jackson, Of Counsel, to Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. is a seasoned litigator and commercial transactions attorney. With extensive experience representing corporations, financial institutions and individuals in complex commercial transactions, Mr. Jackson has represented clients in domestic and international markets.

At the forefront of his focus is his simple, straight-forward mantra: Do the right thing – for the client, by the client and with the client. His work includes a wide spectrum of commercial/business transactions, acting as plaintiff’s counsel to prosecute claims and as defense counsel to defend claims for client clients. Jackson’s mature, professional counsel provides effective and efficient strategies and solutions to the ever-changing demands of business.

In addition to his practice, Jackson spends time mentoring young people interested in law as a profession. Since 2001, he has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he teaches commercial transactions, sales transactions, payment systems and secured transactions. Jackson completed his Juris Doctorate at John Marshall Law School after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. He is an ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate and served stateside, as well as with the 11th Armored Calvary in Germany. His experience as a military officer and being employed by a Fortune 50 health care manufacturer, a Fortune 500 public utility company and a major regional bank provides Mr. Jackson with the business knowledge and perspective to successfully handle complex legal matters in both the court room and the board room.
