Gregory P. Turza is an attorney who practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, post-mortem estate administration and elder law. He has helped individuals plan their estates for 50 years. Greg Turza provides practical and effective answers to complex problems with explanations that are clear, cogent, and accurate.
Greg Turza has specific beliefs in what makes a successful estate plan. First, it should be technically correct. But also it needs to be clear and understandable so that each client feels “at home” with it. Our aim is that surviving family members find themselves in harmony instead of in court. To achieve this result, Turza creates plans that suit each client’s unique financial, personal and family circumstances.
Greg Turza received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1974. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois. He is also licensed in Indiana and California.
Mr. Turza is a member of Wealth Counsel as well as the Trusts and Estates Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. He is co-chairman of the Education Committee of the Illinois/Wisconsin Estate Planning Forum, where he teaches his colleagues cutting-edge estate planning techniques. Turza teaches estate planning to certified public accountants, certified financial planners and other attorneys. He recently joined our firm after running Legacy Laws
