Jennifer Madonia, Director of Client Services & Legal Support

Jennifer Madonia provides a range of support to the attorneys, paralegals and office management staff of the firm. In addition, she manages daily office administration and event planning as needed. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Jenny. Madonia manages the administration of client matters, addressing details so that projects move forward.

Mrs. Madonia works closely with Anthony J. Madonia in planning and preparing. From events and meetings to ensuring that the firm provides value for clients and colleagues, this dynamic duo has it all under control. She has coordinated office and family moves multiple times over the years and is prepping for the latest one.

From coordinating and managing documents and contracts to connecting attorneys with client issues and questions, Jenny plays a key role within the firm. A fun and lively person, Madonia combines her outgoing personality, ability to manage multiple priorities and detail-oriented demeanor to get to know clients and manage priorities. This allows the firm to address complexities with their professional and personal best.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Madonia was an educator in Chicago area schools for 25 years. She believes that this professional experience helps her with the variety of client interaction and the patience needed on a daily basis.

Personal Background

The Madonia family has a long history in Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Madonia resided in the city for years but recently moved out to the ‘burbs. They have three children and are beginning to enjoy being “empty nesters.” Most of Jennifer Madonia’s work outside of the firm is focused on her beloved dog, Benny or her granddaughter, Nella. She is also extremely active in the Loving Leo Joseph Foundation.

Education

Mrs. Madonia studied early childhood education and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Madonia taught math at two middle schools in Chicago for 25 years.

Community

Giving back while raising a lively family with three children prompted Mrs. Madonia to become involved in the activities of interest to her children. Le Ballet Petit, a performing arts dance studio and various hockey clubs have benefited from Mrs. Madonia’s time both on and off the stage and ice.
