Patricia Wagner is a paralegal at Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. She has a varied legal background that includes all aspects of Estate Planning as well as many other practice areas. Patricia, who goes by Patty, has her law degree and practiced for 19 years including running her own solo law practice. She dabbled in small business enterprise before returning to law as a paralegal.
Wagner brings an unprecedented knowledge of the law to her paralegal skills. She has years of experience preparing estate planning instruments and funding. She easily juggles probate and guardianship situations, and is adept at corporate records, entity formation documents and annual reports.
Another aspect in her role as paralegal, Patty handles legal research and writing as well as residential real estate coordination. Through her thorough attention to detail and high level of organization, she can manage multiple clients while providing stellar customer service and legal assistance.
Wagner is known for her positive demeanor and her focus on putting the clients’ needs first. She is a great asset to our legal team and is crucial in our ability to provide the best legal services possible to our clients.
Ms. Wagner obtained her Juris Doctor at DePaul University College of Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Patty Wagner married her husband in 2000 and together they have 3 children. One graduated from University of South Carolina in 2025, one attends Indiana University and one is still in high school. As if this didn’t keep her busy enough, Wagner enjoys sharing her home with two fur babies, Theo and Kona. She enjoys hanging with her sisters, walking her dogs, listening to podcasts and Disney. She also loves cruises and has been to Mardi Gras six times (an office record). If you want to tempt her, offer her some ice cream.
