Refunds

**Starting December 1, 2024, we will be implementing a 3% convenience fee to cover the cost of credit card payments. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to each credit card transaction online or over the phone to cover the costs associated with processing credit cards.
You can still pay by debit card and e-check via this portal, which carry NO FEE. We believe this strikes the right balance between ease of payment and allocating the additional costs where they are incurred.**
