One Year in New Offices for AJM&A, Ltd.

In honor of the first year in our new office, we have a number of office related/office style awards to bestow. While these make more sense if you have toured our fine offices if you have questions or would like visual proof, we would be glad to send you a photograph. The following awards stand for one year only as many factors can contribute to their accuracy as we approach year two. It is possible in fact that Ewelina hangs her law degree or that Ben decides he DOES like clown artwork. Katie Schultz could see the challenge in the office monochromatic office décor show down and bring in a mint green rug. In a total upset, Pat’s piles of paper could spontaneously combust, and he would be the office most likely to catch fire (since it did). That being said here are the 2025 Office Style awards for Suite 650.

  • Most Holiday Décor-Chris Bednarek (although not necessarily by choice)
  • Most Barren “Minimalist”-TIE Ben Hurwitz & Ewelina Skutnik
  • Most Color Coordinated-Jessica “Rose Gold” Pedroza
  • Runner up: Katie Schultz
  • Most Likely to Hid Behind a Monitor or 2-Jeff Paprocki
    • A.K.A. Most Likely to Give In-Office Tech Help
  • Most Stacks of Paper-Pat O’Brien
  • Warmest Office “Most Likely to Have Space Heater Running”-Katie Milne
  • Best Decorated but Also Most Likely to Need Tech Help-Jenny Madonia
  • Most Dusty: Bruce Jackson
  • Most Ready to Celebrate (Has Bottle of Sparkling Wine) Barry Miller
  • Best Use of Cats in Décor-Katie Schultz–
  • Most Cluttered with Promotional Item Samples-Colleen Fischvogt

We have enjoyed the first year in this great building. In fact, we just celebrated with the Mary Pitas, Senior Property Manager, Cambridge Five Management at a tenants’ appreciation luncheon. The building is so well maintained with seasonal landscaping, welcoming staff and excellent floormates. We are particularly enamored of the on-site Fedex, UPS and USPS Facilities. The on-site gym is often talked about (not sure how often used) as well. So cheers to many more great years at this location and if you haven’t visited yet, we will have a 30-Years-in-Business Celebration in October.
