Katie Schultz

Katie Schultz is a paralegal at Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. She has a long track record of solid paralegal work in fields such as estate administration and probate as well as personal injury. Her knowledge of family law and estate planning brings another seasoned paralegal to our firm. Her organization and excellent client service skills make her a welcome addition to AJM&A. As a paralegal here she will manage filing documents with the court, preparing and filing probate documents, correspond with banks, insurance companies, brokerage firms and a variety of additional organizations to gather and provide information on our clients’ behalf.

Katie has worked at two firms specializing in estate planning prior to AJM&A and at a firm that primarily handled personal injury and workers’ compensation. Before entering the respected field of paralegals, Ms. Schultz was a Program Analyst and a Transportation Security of Administration Officer for the Department of Homeland Security. The on the job experience she has received from her varied background imbues her with patience, organization, efficiency and the belief in excellence in communications.

Education

Katie Schultz obtained her Paralegal Certification from Harper College. She has certification from the National Society for Legal Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Triton College.

Community

Ms. Schultz plans to get married in 2025. She is excited to share this new chapter of her life with her three cat fur babies: George, Creep and Chuy. She may be the first Team Cat employee at AJM&A. Katie enjoys power lifting and running to exercise and strengthen both her body and mind. She also enjoys collecting a coffee mug and selfie from every place she travels too. Her goal is to visit all 50 states and have the mug and picture to prove it.
