Carrie Janda is an experienced paralegal, well-acquainted with drafting documents and agreements, requirements for business documentation and the funding of Estate Plans. Supporting the legal team with the documentation necessary for corporate filings and estate plans, she is responsible for coordinating projects among the support staff to ensure that details are addressed and timelines are met. Ms. Janda is an integral part of the client team with her attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and understanding of court filing procedures.
Ms. Janda graduated from Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois with a degree in English. She subsequently received her teaching certification and taught high school English for two years. To pursue her interest in the law, Ms. Janda obtained paralegal certification from College of DuPage.
