Jennifer Madonia provides support to the attorneys, paralegals and office management staff of the firm, as well as managing daily administration. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Mrs. Madonia manages the administration of client matters, addressing details so that projects move forward.
Mrs. Madonia works closely with Anthony J. Madonia in planning and preparing for events and meetings to ensure that the firm provides value for clients and colleagues, alike.
From coordinating and managing documents and contracts to connecting attorneys with client issues and questions, Mrs. Madonia plays a key role within the firm. A fun and lively person, Mrs. Madonia combines her outgoing personality, ability to manage multiple priorities and detail-oriented demeanor to get to know clients and manage priorities so that the firm can address complexities with their professional and personal best.
The Madonia family has a long history in Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Madonia reside in the city. They have three children and are beginning to enjoy being “empty nesters”.
Mrs. Madonia studied early childhood education and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Madonia taught math at two middle schools in Chicago for 25 years.
Giving back while raising a lively family with three children prompted Mrs. Madonia to become involved in the activities of interest to her children. Le Ballet Petit, a performing arts dance studio and various hockey clubs have benefited from Mrs. Madonia’s time both on and off the stage and ice.
